Rizen is built and sold by Resonance Logic, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms cover this website (alarm.rizenhq.com) and any Rizen subscription you buy through it. The iOS app itself is also covered by Apple's standard app license terms, as with any App Store app.

By using the site or buying a subscription you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with something here, email us before you buy: alarm@rizenhq.com.

A Rizen subscription unlocks the Rizen alarm app for iPhone: alarms that don't stop until you complete a mission, camera-counted exercise reps, and everything else described on this site. You need an iPhone that meets the app's requirements; the subscription doesn't include hardware, coaching, or anything beyond the app.

You must be at least 18 to buy a subscription.

• The price is the one shown at checkout, charged in the currency shown there.
• Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you picked, until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from the manage-subscription page; the link is in your receipt email. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your access runs to the end of the paid period.
• If we ever change a price, it applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before it does.

Payments on this site are processed by RevenueCat and its payment partners. We never see or store your card number.

The yearly plan bought through this site comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee; the monthly plan doesn't, and is cancel-anytime instead. The details live in the refund policy, but the summary is: on yearly, email us within 30 days of a charge and we refund it.

Rizen gets you moving with short sets of bodyweight exercise. It is not a medical device, a treatment, or a substitute for advice from someone with a medical license. If you're on medication (including a GLP-1), pregnant, injured, or unsure whether exercise is safe for you, talk to your doctor first. You know your body; the app doesn't.

Exercise carries some inherent risk. Do the reps in a safe space, and stop if something hurts.

Don't reverse-engineer the app, resell access to it, hammer the site with automated traffic, or use either to do something illegal. The app, the site, and everything on them belong to us or our licensors; the subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app, not ownership of it.

The site and the app are provided as is. We work hard to keep alarms reliable, and the app is built to fail safe, but we can't promise software will never misbehave, so don't make Rizen the only thing standing between you and a flight.

To the extent the law allows it, our total liability to you is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $100. Some places don't allow parts of this limitation, so it may not fully apply to you; nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that your local law says can't be waived.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll post the update here with a new date, and for anything significant we'll tell subscribers by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, and disputes are resolved in Delaware courts, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
